Martina Böhme

Martina is a geologist educated at the University of Freiberg in Germany and NTNU in Trondheim, and for nearly two decades has worked on landslide processes at the Geological Survey of Norway (NGU).

Alongside her professional career, she has since 2018 been a key driving force in the community-supported agriculture (CSA) initiative at Reppe Søndre. She has been responsible for the market garden from the very beginning and is still the head gardener - largely on a voluntary basis.

At Jord❤️Festival, Martina shares her experiences from community-supported agriculture in Trøndelag: how to grow vegetables in a northern climate, and how farming can become a meeting place that brings together people from different backgrounds.
