Lars Olav Stavnes
Lars Olav is your host farmer at Reppe Søndre, a 100-hectare regenerative farm just outside Trondheim. Under Lars's leadership, the farm has been transformed from conventional monoculture to organic and now fully regenerative production, earning recognition as one of Europe's Top 50 Farmers i 2025.
In 2025, Reppe Søndre received Trøndelag County's Environmental Award for its groundbreaking work in soil health, biodiversity, and community engagement. Lars is also a cofounder of Faglag for regenerativt landbruk Trøndelag (Professional Association for Regenerative Agriculture in Trøndelag), helping to build a network of regenerative farmers across the region.
