Julius Maske
Julius (also known as Organisk Struktur) is coming to Jord❤️Festival with a unique blend of food and music. His mission is to serve dinner made with local ingredients, including lamb from Storbuan Farm in Meldal, which he runs. While the food is prepared, Julius will also be playing music for the guests as a DJ - with the goal of getting people dancing and building an appetite.
Julius runs Storbuan Farm according to organic, regenerative, and biodynamic principles. The farm focuses on old Norwegian heritage breeds - Gammelnorsk spælsau sheep, Dølagris pigs, Nordland horses, and hens - and also grows vegetables and grass.
Julius is Chair of the Norwegian Biodynamic Associationand is trained as both an art director and a nature-use educator. In addition to running the farm, Julius hosts camps for children and young people, corporate gatherings, and other events. During the summer, Julius travels with the farm kitchen to festivals and does around ten DJ gigs each year. Storbuan also has a music studio and an artist residency.
