Høgaunet Gård
Lars Bjarte Myren runs Høgaunet Gård in Levanger together with his wife, Andrea, guided by the vision: “Good food from good soil.” Through regenerative small-scale farming, he works to build living, fertile soil as the foundation for healthy food, strong animal welfare, and sustainable circular systems. The farm’s production includes, among other things, eggs from pasture-raised hens, vegetables, microgreens, and meat from chickens and rabbits slaughtered in the farm’s own abattoir.
For Lars Bjarte, good food is about more than ingredients. It is about the connection between soil health, nature, and people. With practical experience, curiosity, and respect for nature’s processes, he wants to show how caring for the soil creates resilient systems, living landscapes, and food with genuine quality.
