Florian Minzlaff works at the intersection of food, systems change, and transformation design. Based in Bremen, Germany, he is a project manager at Forum Küche a centre dedicated to bringing organic, sustainable food into schools, kindergartens, and clinics at scale.
For Florian, the meal is never just nutrition. It is the moment where a community's values and relationships become visible: in what is served, who prepared it, and whether anyone slows down enough to eat it together.
Drawing on his background in conflict transformation and organisational development, he brings this lens to institutional kitchens, working with cooks, educators, and administrators to redesign not just the food, but the culture around it.
He believes that changing how institutions eat is one of the most underestimated levers for social change - and that the shared meal remains one of the few rituals we haven't fully industrialised yet.
